So how does it work?
Relief teachers advise of their availability using our online diary system. Schools can access this availability information in a quick, easy to read format (refer image).
Using our online booking request, text message and confirmation system, relief teacher support can be easily and quickly booked.
Once the request has been actioned by the relief teacher, schools are advised that the booking has been confirmed (or declined).
For Schools
Relief List provides a number of reports and forms all aimed at streamlining the process of obtaining relief teacher support for schools.
The system is FREE for all participating schools and includes, but is not limited to, the following services:
Availability List
Schools have complete control over your own list of relief teachers and are provided with an availability list of those relief teachers.
Registration
Schools have total control over the relief teacher registration process enabling them to select the relief teachers of your choice. This includes an ability to make individual relief teachers active and/or inactive on your school's relief list.
Online Bookings
The system uses an online booking system which gives schools the option of selecting the relief teacher of their choice from the list of their available relief teachers and EA's.
Implementation
We can fully implement the system with your assistance or fully on your behalf - this includes training for your relief teachers and setting up their accounts.
Ultimately for schools, the system completely streamlines relief teacher management putting an end to the endless phone calls and/or text message systems schools are using now to seek relief teacher support for their school.
For Relief Teachers and EA's
Relief List provides a number of reports and forms all aimed at streamlining the process of providing relief teacher support to schools.
The system comes at a small cost to relief teachers ($25 per term inc GST ie less than $3 per week) and includes, but is not limited to, the following services:
Registration
Using the registration form, relief teachers can request to join the relief list with the schools of your choice including an ability to make these registrations inactive.
Online Bookings
Schools registered with Relief List use an online booking system which gives relief teachers the option of accepting or declining a booking request.
Online Diary
As bookings are requested and confirmed, relief teacher availability is automatically updated. This means the online diary is always up-to-date, putting an end to all those phone calls to relief teachers who are already booked or are unavailable.
